I’m an emergency physician, board-certified in Ob*sity Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, and the founder of Wayza Health — where I help midlife women rebuild trust with their bodies and themselves.

What if I can’t make the live workshops?

How much time will this take each month?
The core structure is intentionally spacious: one workshop, optional reflection using your workbook, and bonus sessions throughout the year. Beyond that, you can engage as much or as little as your life allows. This program is designed to fit your real life — not add pressure to it.
I’m worried I’ll fall behind. What happens if that happens?

Is this program focused on weight loss?
No. This is a weight-neutral program grounded in body trust, nervous system regulation, and intuitive living. The focus is on feeling safer, calmer, and more at home in your body — not changing its size.
What if I’m shy or uncomfortable in groups?
Totally okay. You’re welcome to keep your camera off during workshops, listen quietly, or participate through the chat. And the 1:1 coaching available to you is just between you and me. There is never pressure to share more than feels safe. Presence alone is participation.
What is asynchronous support, and how does it work?
You will be given access to voice-and-text messaging app where you can reach out anytime with questions, challenges, or reflections. I personally respond within 24 business hours. It’s like having a coach in your pocket — gentle support exactly when you need it.
Do I have to participate in the group community?
It’s optional but recommended. It’s a low-pressure space for connection and gentle check-ins. If you prefer not to join, you’ll still receive full access to all core program components.
What if I’m brand new to intuitive eating or body trust?
