Scroll Smarter
Social media can be a powerful, supportive tool on your body trust journey — if you know how to use it well.
But without clear boundaries, it can quietly fuel comparison, dysregulation, and self-doubt, even when you’re doing “all the right things.”
Scroll Smarter is a practical, compassionate workshop that helps you build a healthier relationship with social media — and other forms of media like books, TV, podcasts, and wellness content — so what you consume actually supports your nervous system, your self-trust, and your well-being.
This isn’t about deleting apps or going off the grid. It’s about learning how to engage intentionally, recognize what truly feels supportive, and create a digital environment that works with you instead of against you.
- Do you want to use social media as a supportive tool on your body trust journey — instead of something that triggers comparison or self-doubt?
- Have you noticed that some content quietly dysregulates you, but you’re not interested in deleting apps?
- Are you working to reconnect with your body and inner wisdom, and want your digital environment to support that work rather than undermine it?
Inside Scroll Smarter, I’ll show you:
- Why certain content quietly undermines body trust, self-worth, and emotional regulation
- How social media affects your nervous system, and why it can feel both soothing and draining
- How to recognize which content leaves you expanded vs dysregulated
- How to set boundaries around what, when, and how you consume media - without guilt or rigidity
- Simple, sustainable shifts you can make immediately to create a feed that actually supports you
Give me $12 and 90 minutes and you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your own patterns, a framework for evaluating what belongs in your digital life, and practical boundaries that help you stay connected — without being consumed.
Why Trust Me
Dr. Michelle Tubman, MD, FRCPC
I’m Dr. Michelle Tubman — an emergency physician, coach, and educator who has spent years helping people rebuild trust with their bodies in a world that constantly tells them they’re doing it wrong.
My work sits at the intersection of medicine, nervous system regulation, and body trust. I understand how repeated exposure to certain messages — especially around food, bodies, productivity, and “health” — can quietly dysregulate the nervous system and erode self-trust, even when those messages are packaged as inspiration or self-care.
I also know this personally. Like many people doing this work, I’ve had to learn how to engage with social media and other forms of media in ways that support my well-being instead of undermining it. I don’t believe social media is the enemy — but I do believe we need skills and boundaries to use it well.
In my coaching, courses, and workshops, I help people move away from control and perfectionism and toward attunement, discernment, and self-respect. Scroll Smarter brings that same lens to our digital lives — offering practical, compassionate tools you can actually use in the real world.
This workshop isn’t about rules or detoxes. It’s about learning how to protect your nervous system, your attention, and your inner voice — so social media becomes a resource, not a liability.
